Ingredients

    • 1 kg chicken fillet, cut into pieces
    • 1/2 cup chopped onions
    • 1 tbsp Mexicana spice mix
    • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
    • 1/2 cup mushrooms
    • 1/2 cup small squares of green bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup small squares of red bell pepper
    • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1/4 cup white vinegar
    • Salt to taste

Preparation method

    Step 1
    Mix all the ingredients and let them marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.

    Step 2
    Put the ingredients in a pot on the stove with a little oil and stir until fully cooked.

    Step 3
    Serve either in plates with french fries, mayonnaise salad, lettuce, and corn, or in sandwiches with cheese after heating them in the microwave.
