Ingredients

    • 1/2 kg long-grain rice
    • 200 grams minced meat
    • 1/4 cup diced carrots
    • 1/4 cup corn
    • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1/4 cup green peas
    • 1/4 cup peeled pistachios
    • 1 tablespoon Abido Rice Spice
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • Chicken broth for cooking rice
    • Almonds and pine nuts for decoration
    • Ghee or oil as desired
    • Salt to taste

Preparation method

    Step 1
    Crush the garlic and sauté until it softens. Add all the vegetables until they also soften. Then, add the minced meat until it turns brown. Season with salt and spices, then add the washed and drained rice. Stir all the ingredients until the rice is coated with the oily substances. Pour in enough broth to cook the rice. Cook over medium heat until it starts boiling, then reduce the heat to a minimum until the rice absorbs all the broth.

    Step 2
    Serve with yogurt after decorating with fried pine nuts and almonds. Grilled chicken can also be served with this dish.

    Note: Abido Rice Spice can be used for all rice dishes that need an extra flavor.
