Ingredients

    • 1 kg pulled and diced chicken fillet
    • 1 tbsp Abido Fajita Spice
    • 1 tsp Abido cumin
    • 1/4 cup white vinegar
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • Freshly cut lime
    • 3 cloves minced garlic
    • Salt to taste

Preparation method

    Step 1
    Mix all the ingredients the day before and refrigerate overnight.

    Step 2
    Skewer the chicken pieces and grill them over charcoal or cook them in a pot with a bit of oil. Remove the lime pieces before they are fully cooked.

    Step 3
    Serve in sandwiches after adding red sauce to the sandwich, along with lettuce, corn, green peppers, diced tomatoes, and cheese. Heat in the microwave until the cheese melts.
